Terms & Conditions – jitaw Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitaw ("jitaw", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://jitaw.org (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing a bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP Club members. jitaw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://jitaw.org/terms-conditions, accompanied by a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the jitaw Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jitaw employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by jitaw for a violation of these Terms.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling activity.

jitaw enforces strict age verification as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Before a player's first withdrawal is processed, jitaw requires documentary proof of age — this includes a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. If documentary evidence cannot be provided within a reasonable period, jitaw reserves the right to permanently close the account and return the deposited balance (less any bonuses) to the original payment method.

If jitaw has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accrued during the period when the account holder was underage will be forfeited. jitaw is committed to the protection of minors and treats underage gambling as a serious compliance matter.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on the jitaw Platform — including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

By submitting your registration details, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, along with potential forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

One Account Per Player. Each player may hold only one registered account on the jitaw Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If jitaw identifies multiple accounts connected to the same individual (by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or identity documents), all associated accounts may be suspended, merged, or permanently closed, and any bonus balances will be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. jitaw strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced account security. You must notify jitaw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jitaw will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

KYC Verification. jitaw operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage — not only upon your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume accounts

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Supported Payment Methods. jitaw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to individual players may vary depending on their verified residential location and account standing.

Deposit Terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the jitaw account balance instantly or within 5 minutes.
• Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the account balance.
• jitaw does not charge a processing fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jitaw is not responsible.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate reversal of the transaction and possible account suspension.

Withdrawal Terms.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 2 and 24 hours following verification. VIP Club members enjoy priority withdrawal processing, typically within 2 hours.
• jitaw reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to any applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal can be approved.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated through a payment provider without contacting jitaw first, jitaw reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.

Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on jitaw are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jitaw does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred at the point of payment are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitaw offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over any general statement in this section.

General Bonus Conditions.

• Bonuses are valid for the specific period stated in each promotion. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal is available).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino games, and slots may carry different contribution weightings, which are specified in individual promotion terms.
• jitaw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's existing bonus balance and associated wagering requirement will remain valid through the original expiry date.
• Bonuses are awarded in good faith and are intended for genuine player use. Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to extract bonus value — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

VIP Club. The jitaw VIP Club is a tiered loyalty programme in which players accumulate points through real-money wagering activity. VIP points, cashback percentages, tier thresholds, and programme terms are governed by the VIP Club terms and conditions published at /vip-club. jitaw reserves the right to amend VIP tier structures, point values, and benefit levels at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the jitaw Platform are subject to these Terms and to any product-specific rules published within the relevant game or sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.

Sports Betting.

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body of that sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or restricted at jitaw's discretion during ongoing events without prior notice.
• jitaw reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of placing a bet.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixture bets are governed by the official results declared by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and ICC respectively.

Casino Games.

• All casino games available on jitaw use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.
• Game outcomes are final once a game round is completed. jitaw will not reverse or alter the result of a completed game round except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jitaw's server logs constitute the official record of the round outcome. Refunds for disconnected rounds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game malfunction is identified, affected rounds may be declared void and stakes returned.

Lucky Dice. jitaw's Lucky Dice specialty game is governed by game-specific rules accessible within the Lucky Dice game interface at /lucky-dice. Players are advised to review game rules before committing real-money wagers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods to fund your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one registered account under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk staking patterns, opening duplicate accounts solely to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or any other technique designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the jitaw Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds from illegal activity. jitaw actively monitors for suspicious transaction patterns and cooperates fully with competent authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format available on the Platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games without human input.
• VPN / Proxy Use: Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any IP masking technique to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification requirements.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider after placing bets with deposited funds.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate artificial winnings.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward jitaw staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your jitaw account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply to the balance.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary (30, 60, or 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. During the self-exclusion period, jitaw will not send promotional communications to the player and will not accept new account registrations from the same individual. Closure by jitaw. jitaw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no deposits, bets, or withdrawals

Where an account is closed by jitaw due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, VIP points, and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned at jitaw's discretion following completion of any pending investigation.

Dormant Account Policy. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. jitaw will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder by email before applying a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance. The administration fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Disputes. Any dispute arising from account closure, settlement of bets, or bonus adjustments must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. jitaw will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 5 business days and provide a final response within 30 business days. jitaw's decision on disputes will be considered final unless otherwise determined by a competent authority.

Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
